We also have our own stone fabrication factory where you can make any shape or edges for your countertop. We have served real estate developers, architects, designer, property managers, contractors as well as home owners for their kitchen and bathroom remodeling need in the past 10 years in Tri-state area. We started it off as a small showroom and our team has grown tremendously in the last few years due to the customer service provided and quality kitchen cabinets we provided. We were able to successfully stay and grow in this competitive market not only due to work we delivered but also we provide quick turnaround to every job. DIY Kitchen and Bath
Do you install cabinets and countertops?
We do provide cabinet and countertop installation, the installation service will be extra charged.
Do you have a showroom where I can see the cabinets?
Yes, we have two showroom in Flushing NY. One is located at 42-22 College Point Blvd, Flushing, NY 11355 and our 2nd show/warehouse is located at 3125 Higgins St, Flushing, NY 11354
Are your cabinets particleboard or wood?
Our cabinet door and frame are made from solid wood. Our cabinet box construction does not use any MDF (particle board, engineered or furniture board). The cabinet box is 100% select furniture-grade plywood. Drawer boxes are solid hardwood with plywood bottoms.
What wood species do you use on your product?
We optimize the quality of our cabinets by using maple wood (All of our cabinets are 100% wood. No particle boards or compressed wood product).
Is the work performed by DIY Kitchen and Bath guaranteed?
Yes, the work provided by DIY Kitchen and Bath and/or its affiliate is guaranteed. We have over 20 years on working with kitchen and bath remodeling. We are a licensed Home Improvement Contractor registered with Government. Reference upon request.
What brand are your cabinets and countertops?
We carry variety of Chinese and American brands cabinets and countertops.
What's the process of kitchen remodeling?
When you have your contractor perform your kitchen remodeling. Your contractor should guide you through the process. However, here are some basic steps when you remodel your kitchen once the old kitchen is demolished.
You first come to our showroom sit down with our kitchen designer for your kitchen layout, we’ll give you a quote based on the estimated measurement provided by you, then if mutually agree with the price we’ll send our team to take the exact measurement your kitchen. We’ll compare to estimated measurement with the final measurement we took. We’ll communicate with you if there is a price adjustment.
We’ll then place the order for the cabinets and delivery for you when cabinets are ready (we only do sidewalk delivery). You’ll let us know when your contractor finished installing the cabinets to the wall. We’ll send our team again to measure for the countertop. This is very important to take the accurate countertop measurement, we need the cabinets to be installed first!
Lastly we’ll install the countertop for you or your contractor pick it up for you.
How long would the whole kitchen remodeling take?
It depends. We typically can turnaround the kitchen from ordering cabinets to finish the countertop installation within a week or so if everything else is ready on your end. Again, it depends on each situation.
Are these cabinets CARB2 compliant?
Yes, our products go through many months of quality control testing for NAF (no-added formaldehyde) and ULEF (ultra-low emitting formaldehyde) by third-party certifiers. In short, our products’ formaldehyde levels are well within the safety limits, as well as being environmentally friendly.
Are your cabinets fully assembled or ready to assemble (RTA)?
We sell both assembled cabinets and unassembled (RTA) cabinets.
